Retail Director (Aruba)
The Retail Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and enhancing the Retail operations and overall performance. This leader focuses on driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and achieving operational excellence across multiple store locations. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute retail strategies, identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of market trends.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, improve performance metrics, and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the retail management team, promote a culture of excellence, and supervise training initiatives.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, assess financial performance, and plan inventory purchases.
- Customer Experience: Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction, maintain exceptional store presentation, and deliver outstanding service.
Candidate Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or similar studies
- Experience: Over 5 years of progressive retail management experience, including multi-store oversight and a proven track record in boosting sales and efficiency.
- Languages: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento. Dutch is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in leadership, strategic planning, financial management, communication, and retail systems such as Counterpoint.
