About the Opportunity
U-SparkPeople is seeking a proactive, sales-driven, and customer-focused Cash Loan Officer on behalf of Bluestart Capital Aruba VBA / Facilito Cash.

As a Cash Loan Officer, you will play an active role in growing the loan portfolio by attracting new customers, building and managing your own sales pipeline, and guiding customers through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads, attract new customers, and develop sales opportunities.
- Build and manage an individual sales pipeline to achieve monthly loan-booking targets.
- Guide customers through loan applications and explain available financing solutions.
- Process applications and maintain accurate customer documentation.
- Follow established operational procedures and compliance requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships and contribute to team and business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lending, banking, financial services, or a target-driven sales environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales ability and a strong drive to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A proactive, confident, organized, and dependable approach to work.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop.
- Proficiency in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish.

- Procesa e peticionnan y mantene documentacion di cliente den un manera corecto y al dia.
- Sigui e proceduranan operacional y e rekisitonan di cumplimento legal (compliance).
- Crea un bon relacion cu clientenan y contribui na e resultado positivo di e ekipo y di e negoshi.
Cualificacion
- Minimo 3 aña di experiencia relevante den prestamo (lending), sector bancario, servicionan financiero, of un ambiente di benta basa riba meta (targets).
- Preferibelmente un titulo di Bachelor den Administracion di Negoshi, Marketing, Ciencianan Social of un ramo similar.
- Experiencia comproba den benta y un pasion pa logra resultado y alcansa metanan.
- Excelente habilidad di comunicacion, relacion interpersonal y servicio na cliente.
- Un actitud proactivo, sigur di su mes, organisa y confiabel.
- Bon habilidad numerico y atencion pa detaye.
- Disposicion pa siña, ricibi feedback y sigui desaroya profesionalmente.
- Dominio di Papiamento, Ingles, Hulandes y Spaño.
