She specializes in Strategic Human Resources and serves companies in Aruba and the Dutch Caribbean. Charlène holds a certification in Strategic HR Leadership and is known for empowering professionals and leaders through her consultancy. As President of the Aruba Human Resources Association, she advances HR practices and is a sought-after speaker at seminars. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace their potential and drive meaningful change.

 

Jaritza Correa is the Founder of BoldBizz, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs.
