Charlène holds a certification in Strategic HR Leadership and is known for empowering professionals and leaders through her consultancy. As President of the Aruba Human Resources Association, she advances HR practices and is a sought-after speaker at seminars. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace their potential and drive meaningful change.

Jaritza Correa is the Founder of BoldBizz, dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs. With extensive experience in strategic marketing, she has worked with prominent brands such as Digicel Aruba, Arubabank, Super Food, and Insel Air. Jaritza is also a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, actively contributing to educational programs.
