Your Core Responsibilities

HR Partnership: Serve as a primary HR point of contact for assigned departments, building strong relationships with both employees and managers.

Employee Guidance: Provide trusted advice and support on all HR-related matters, including company policies, career development, and performance.

Culture & Engagement: Actively champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture through local initiatives that boost morale and team cohesion.

Talent & Development: Support talent development programs and facilitate career growth conversations to help employees reach their potential.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure day-to-day HR operations are compliant with Aruban labor law, and help mediate workplace issues with diplomacy and fairness.

Fostering Inclusivity: Promote effective collaboration and equity within diverse and multicultural teams, ensuring an inclusive environment for all.
What You Bring – Your Qualifications & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.

Solid experience in a hands-on Human Resources role with a strong advisory component.

In-depth, practical knowledge of Aruban labor legislation and HR best practices.

Proven ability to resolve employee relations issues and guide employees and managers through change.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and promote open dialogue.

Strong written and verbal proficiency in Dutch and English is required; fluency in Spanish or Papiamento is a significant asset.

A principled, proactive, and values-driven approach to Human Resources.
