About the Role 

As the Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead all security operations, including staff management, training, and development.
  • Develop risk management plans to protect guests, employees, and property.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, ensuring compliance with all legal and hospitality industry security standards.
  • Respond to emergencies, such as safety hazards, medical incidents, and security threats, with efficiency and care.

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
