Senior Communications Specialist (Aruba)

Our client is seeking a collaborative and detail-driven Senior Communications Specialist to contribute to the development and execution of its global communication strategy. This role works across key markets (North America, Latin America, and Europe) to ensure consistent, impactful messaging that aligns with the organization’s mission and values. 

As a key member of the communications team, you’ll play a central role in coordinating strategic messaging, aligning press and content initiatives, and using data insights to strengthen global brand communication. What You’ll Do 

  • Co-develop and execute the global communication strategy alongside leadership. 
  • Align press, content creator programs, and PR activations with global strategic priorities. 
  • Facilitate structured communication workflows across regional teams. 
  • Act as the daily liaison between communications teams in North America, Latin America, and Europe. 
  • Coordinate PR and communications tactics across markets and ensure cohesion across all channels. 
  • Lead reporting and analysis of earned media results and content campaigns. 
  • Present insights and trends to inform and improve future communication strategies. 
  • Maintain relationships with agencies, creators, media, and internal stakeholders to support event-based and long-term communications initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Tourism, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in a communications or PR role. 
  • Skilled in written content development, project management, and structured planning. 
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and digital/AI tools; experience with data dashboards is a plus. 
  • Strong research, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to shift priorities quickly. 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; Spanish and Papiamento are a strong advantage. 
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
