Our client is seeking a proactive and process-minded Supply Chain & Logistics Officer to support their growing operations in Aruba.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the hands-on execution of the full supply chain process, from procurement and customs clearance to logistics and delivery. You will be a key contributor to streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and supporting data-informed decision-making across the operation.

What You’ll Do 

  • End-to-End Logistics Execution: Handle the complete supply chain process, from executing procurement and purchase orders to coordinating warehousing, transportation, and final delivery.

  • Customs & Compliance: Act as the primary coordinator for all customs documentation and clearance procedures, ensuring 100% compliance with local and international regulations.

  • Inventory & Demand Planning: Maintain precise inventory records and assist in aligning stock levels with sales forecasts to prevent stockouts and overages.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance digitalization, and improve operational efficiency, and support the implementation of these changes.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and track key supply chain metrics, using tools like Excel and PowerBI to analyze data and generate actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with a network of suppliers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For 

Education & Experience:

  • An MBO degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a supply chain or logistics role is essential.

  • Proven, direct experience managing customs clearance processes is required.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full MS Office Suite.

  • Strong aptitude for working with supply chain software and digital tools (e.g., ERP, WMS).

  • Experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI is a significant plus.
