Our client is seeking a proactive and process-minded Supply Chain & Logistics Officer to support their growing operations in Aruba. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full supply chain process, from procurement and customs clearance to logistics and delivery. You’ll help streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive data-informed decision-making across the operation. 

The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities and is confident in coordinating teams and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and have experience managing supply chain operations from A to Z, this could be the opportunity for you. 

What You’ll Do 

• Oversee the full supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance. 

• Streamline and optimize workflow processes across departments. 

• Coordinate customs documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records and align supply with forecasted demand. 

• Track key metrics and generate actionable insights using Excel and, ideally, PowerBI or other supply chain tools. 

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, customs officials, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. 

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. 

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, enhance digitalization efforts, and implement operational efficiencies. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position. 

• Proven experience with customs clearance procedures. 

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 

• A structured and process-driven mindset, with excellent attention to detail. 

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; experience with PowerBI is a plus. 

• Familiarity with supply chain software and digital tools is an advantage. 

• Excellent coordination, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

• Tech-savvy, self-starting, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
