Human Resources Manager
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of the HR Department.
Responsibilities include
- Providing support to the Management Team in HR matters.
- Regularly updating the Leadership Team on all HR-related activities.
- Ensuring that the company has organizational charts in place with updated job descriptions for each position.
- Managing the Performance Management and Employee Development programs.
- Collaborating with all departments to analyze their staffing, structure, and employee needs.
- Assisting with employee disputes and the Disciplinary Management Process when necessary.
- Keeping up to date with relevant HR industry trends and employment legislation to ensure the organization’s compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years of HR management experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software. - Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS.
- Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Open to relocation.
