Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations of the HR Department.

Responsibilities include

  • Providing support to the Management Team in HR matters.
  • Regularly updating the Leadership Team on all HR-related activities.
  • Ensuring that the company has organizational charts in place with updated job descriptions for each position.
  • Managing the Performance Management and Employee Development programs.
  • Collaborating with all departments to analyze their staffing, structure, and employee needs.
  • Assisting with employee disputes and the Disciplinary Management Process when necessary.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant HR industry trends and employment legislation to ensure the organization’s compliance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of HR management experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proficient in MS Office Suite or related software.
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS.
  • Excellent documenting and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Open to relocation.
