Weekly Session Outline
Participants apply one leadership behavior each week and reflect on what they observe, reinforcing learning through real work.
- Week 1 — From Boss to Leader: The Leadership Shift
Understand how leadership behaviors are experienced by others and identify where small changes create the biggest impact. - Week 2 — Communication & Trust
Strengthen clarity, listening, and everyday conversations that build alignment and trust. - Week 3 — Empowerment & Accountability
Learn how to encourage ownership and responsibility while maintaining standards and results. - Week 4 — Leading Through Change & Pressure
Build leadership presence and consistency during change, uncertainty, and high-pressure situations.
Capstone: Your Leadership Action Plan
Participants apply one leadership behavior each week and reflect on what they observe — reinforcing learning through real work.
At the end of the program, you will develop a 90-day personal leadership action plan to support continued growth and application beyond the sessions.

- Format: Live, interactive ONLINE sessions. Small group discussions and breakout exercises
- Duration: 4 Weeks | One 2-hour session per week
- Date(s): February 23, March 2, 9, and 16
- Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Investment: AWG. 1.400,00 per person.
