E female manager coaching and listening to a male employee.

The role of the manager continues to evolve. As organizations navigate changing skill needs, AI-driven change, and evolving employee expectations, managers are increasingly being called on to develop talent, strengthen performance, and help employees navigate change.

The Manager as a Coach Leadership Lab, focuses on the conversations and leadership behaviors that make development part of everyday work. Participants strengthen practical coaching skills such as active listening, powerful questioning, meaningful feedback, emotional intelligence, goal setting, and accountability; helping employees think more independently, build on their strengths, and take greater ownership of their performance and development.

Because coaching is not simply a technique. It is part of how managers create the conditions for people and organizations to grow.
