Leadership Lab: Leading Across Generations

Different generations can bring different experiences, expectations, perspectives, and ways of working to the same team. These differences can strengthen a team, but they can also create misunderstandings around communication, feedback, technology, motivation, and how work gets done.
The Leading Across Generations – Building Stronger Multigenerational Teams – Leadership Lab explores how generational differences can influence team dynamics and leadership, while helping leaders look beyond generational labels to understand what may be shaping different perspectives.
Participants will gain practical approaches to strengthen communication, build mutual respect, improve collaboration, and encourage knowledge sharing across generations. Because leading across generations is not about assuming what people need based on their age. It is about understanding people, creating stronger connections, and building teams that can work effectively across differences.
